Tahini Caramel Slice

I’ve been wanting to make Tahini Caramel Slice forever! I first tried them about two years ago at a little organic café in Noosa called Organika, and I’ve been dreaming about them ever since. I finally found a recipe that comes pretty damn close — and honestly, it turned out so well.

The only thing I’d do differently next time is use an 8 x 8-inch square pan, just to make the caramel layer a bit thicker (because let’s be real, that’s the best part). But otherwise, these are absolutely delicious — rich, chewy, and perfectly balanced with that nutty tahini twist.
