An Aussie Thanks Giving

I’ve always been envious of Americans who get to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. To me, it’s like a pre-Christmas warm-up—no presents, just a beautiful roast, sparkling wine, and hours of catching up with the people you love. And then the next day? Black Friday shopping in a bustling city filled with everyone buzzing over a good deal. Heaven.

So today, I figured… why not create my own Australian Thanksgiving? A roast dinner and a Gossip Girl marathon seemed like the perfect pairing. It is Blair Waldorf’s favourite holiday, after all.

And honestly? Eating a roast while watching the Gossip Girl cast celebrate theirs was kind of iconic.
